As a solo nail technician, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows will incur a partial or full charge of the scheduled service(s), depending on the timing of the cancellation and the time reserved.

Please note that for manicure and pedicure services, gel polish or artificial enhancements not originally applied by Roni may not be eligible for removal.
