Spa Policies

Arrival Policy

 To maintain a seamless experience for all clients, please arrive on time for your appointment and no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled reservation, as seating is limited. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late may require cancellation of the appointment and will be treated as a no-show, resulting in the full service fee being charged. 

Cancellations

 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments canceled or rescheduled 48 hours or more in advance will not be subject to any cancellation fee. To cancel or modify an online reservation, please contact us by text or email, as changes cannot be made directly through the booking platform.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments booked online and will be applied toward your service total.

Product Removal Policy

 

Please note that for manicure and pedicure services, gel polish or artificial enhancements not originally applied by Roni may not be eligible for removal.

If additional removal time, soaking, or specialized products are required, an additional service fee may apply.
